It was the worst, no fries and no onion rings. Burgers were super greasy, it’s like he just threw my burger in the box and grease filled the box. Guy was rude and looked like he didn’t wanna be working! Never again!!!

I loved this place before but the recent experience was a let down. The young man was not welcoming and seemed it was a bother to be there with no manners either. I was hoping that the great food I had come for would override the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, I agree with a few other reviewers that stated the burger was extremely salty. I ended up adding avocado myself and the fries that came with the combo as the fries had barely any salt to speak of. That made the burger edible again. I had also ordered a corn dog but when I arrived home and checked the box, there was no corn dog. Already home and wanting to just relax, I didn't bother following up. After the overly salted burger and sad customer service, I can say that I would rather spend my money elsewhere now. It was good at the beginning but not anymore.

We have been going to Sandy’s and we have never experienced bad service until today. The guy working had a horrible attitude, it seemed like he was bothered by us stopping to order. As he took our order he just seemed so unmotivated. He told us to park and he’d wave at us once the burgers were ready. Once the food was ready he signaled for us to come over. We always check our order before we depart and we realized he took the order wrong. Now we understand some reviews we saw prior to trying this place. We never understood why folks had such negative reviews until today. Sandy’s be careful who you hire because he is not the best employee to represent your restaurant. Totally disappointed! If we come back we will definitely make sure he is not working.

Me and my husband both ordered bacon to be added to our burgers and we didn’t get any. Couldn’t finish my food bc my mouth burned from the salt. 😐 How. Only enjoyable part of my order was the soda 🫢 33$ for two burgers with no bacon given 🙄

We tried it out last weekend we were very satisfied. Excellent flavor and the guy that took our order was super friendly. After trying it, we came back again. Same level of service and quality of food. I recommend this place to everyone.
People have some weird obsession with food trucks in the valley, like there's a reason they're not a real restaurant and this place is a prime example. Dry chicken tenders no flavor, unsalted fries , service is awful the people had such a bad attitude and this place insists on its self. Not good at all. Waste of money. Won't eat here again.

Gave it a 4 star bc although everything was good, they nickel & dime you. I was charged $0.50 plus tax for an additional tarter sauce after I paid $15.99 for a 6 shrimp plate...smh!!! Other than that, the food was good and yes I will be back.

First time here today. I was kind of hesitant because of the negative reviews. Although they are not always accurate because people have different expectations, most of the negative comments were consistent regarding bad service & greasy burgers. In this case, I must say that they were wrong. The service was good. They were friendly & we didn't wait long. We loved the fries & yes the burgers were greasy, but it gave them their flavor. It was a good size burger with plenty of veggies. We will definitely come back.
