We almost passed up eating here if it weren't for the large number of parked cars. We were glad we did. Nachos were great! We will gladly return.

The double meat plate of brisket and chicken was bland and dry, and overpriced at $22. Sides of coleslaw and fried okra were tasteless. Ordered a $3 half & half, lemonade and sweet tea, and was brought an iced down sweet tea.
There was no atmosphere, and staff were attentive only to take order and deliver food and drink.

Don’t listen to a single review of this food. Food is absolutely horrendous for the price everyone reviewing just has zero taste buds respectfully. If you want to pay for a rather average lake view go for it but don’t expect the food to be good at all. Very average. Joe bob down the road could grill just as good of a steak. Service was very good though.

Really great BBQ place in La Grange. We were driving through and decided to stop. Glad we did! Prices are reasonable and the food was outstanding. Definitely would recommend the Back Porch sandwich with coleslaw. I would stop here again.

Large portions but rather average quality. $100 for 4 people is rather high so we were expecting better. Only 1 slice of bread with a meat plate. We ate outside.
