If you are not fluent in Spanish best to go elsewhere. When I was there my order was fouled up due to the cashier’s lack of English comprehension. Then my chicken was served not fully cooked. Never again.

Cold Food, Rude and Liars Employees and Franchise owner do not give damn about the customers or service, this is what has become synonymous for Golden chick.I have even filed multiple complaints using their form and even to their headquarters but same thing no one ever contacted back and at first I was told that they have issued refund but as you might guess that was also a lie and never got anything refunded. My order was total for $10 so I don’t care for refund but they lost one customer for ever.I bet now someone will copy/paste the response to submit the feedback on their website even reading into this feedback …lol

Updated review 1/10/24-Terrible customer service, ladies at the window were rude and we also had to switch out the sweet tea for something else because it had tea bag grains inside. Lady at the window was mad we asked for ketchup and bbq and then said bbq sauce was extra bc we did not ask for it at the drive thru which we actually did. She then shoved the bbq sauce into my husband’s hand. When we asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager and shut the window. Horrible customer service!

I used to really love Golden Chick but lately prices have increased and quality decreased. They have not given us what we ordered several times recently, they always forget the rolls ,especially when I order extra. The catfish was pitiful last time, it used to be really good. The wicked wings we ordered tonight were regular wings, no spice at all. I also ordered potatoes and gravy, got a dribble of gravy. The only thing I can say is the sweet tea and rolls are really good if you get them.Wish I took a picture of the catfish order, it really was ridiculous.

Very nice cashier, so very courteous and friendly.
The chicken was hot and fresh. The cajun rice was not flavorful. The jalapeño poppers were fried in old grease, looked burnt, and did not taste good.
