I was totally amazed by this restaurant. It is beautiful on the outside and inside. I loved the handcrafted chairs and furniture. The staff were friendly and professional. You know you're in for a good experience when the waitsatff are dressed in uniforms and ties. The food was out of this world. I ordered the Enchiladas Texanas. I ordered beef. Usually Enchiladas have ground beef, but not here. It had super tender fajita meat. It was so good! I have found a new favorite.

85% of my meals at Los Fuentes has been really good. However, here lately the quality of the main dishes have dropped in quality. Maybe they have switched meat suppliers or the meat was left over from the day before, either way it was nasty, slimey, fajita meat.

You guys are awesome. We come here once a year when we stay at Colorado Landing. Margaritas are awesome!!! I had two. We'll be back. Shrimp enchiladas were a little over done. Keep perfecting the menu. Charged extra for sour cream with my fajitas.....what's with that?

We stopped in because we were hungry but we will not be returning. My boyfriend and I couldn't believe it. We ordered margaritas and I swear it was gatorade. It was terrible. We could barley get the drink down. And, hardly any alcohol. We were not impressed. Our meal, though the servings were hefty, we just had a hard time eating it. We did not finish our plates. We will not return to spend our hard-earned money here. The mexican plates were a plus. But we do not eat mexican food for pretty plates. ? The hot sauce was not to our liking at all. We just really call this restaurant poor food. Service was not bad. The waiter truly wanted to please.
