Nice people but incompetent.I asked for easy lettuce got extra.I asked for extra onions got none.This has to be worse McDonald's franchise Kevin Moore the owner clearly needs to have his five stores taken away.Clearly not paying for quality workers and store is in bad shape .This location should make 10k a day it's a $3mil store location and visible sign.Pay should be $13.50 for service .Food people 15.50Manager 18.50.Pay people well and if bad behavior hours get cut so they feel it.40hrs week for best people only.Mandate 2 lobby people 1 cleans other takes orders .Promote and demote .GM and AGM need to not live in town hire outside city.Have monthly bonuses based on speed accuracy and icos.Make sure order taker and cashier are 2 different people who can move around only hire healthy people no smokers or obese or people with chronic problems fire those with undiagnosed ailments that never go away.

Lately the service has been super slow and they never have mocha frappes! The last 10 times I've come they never have mochas, very displeased..

This is a 2 Star McDonalds. The dining area was clean but the staff and the manager have no appreciation for customers. There were two people ahead of us when we arrived and placed our order. 30 minutes later we received our food. Cold fries and not a single burger had tomatoes on it as ordered. I stood at the counter and was looked at and ignored for several minutes just to request some bbq sauce. As you can see in my pic, nine people are waiting as well and there were more. All ordered after we did. People were upset and running out of patience. I doubt we will be stopping here again as there are other local choices.

Terrible. Ordered 2 Big Macs, one 10 piece nuggets and 1 spicy chicken sandwich and waited 27 min. It could have taken longer if I didn’t stand by the pick up area and kept asking for my order. Don’t visit.

They forgot my juice for my kid and the fries were somewhat over fried brown and not good. Tha Fanta orange was low on syrup it tasted watered down.

I ordered a frappe and a Carmel macchiato, this is what we got… liquid with whipped cream on top, one tasted like water and one tasted like syrup seasoned with some salt. These don’t even look like the items I ordered….. and the lady acted oblivious. Also it highly stunk in there and there was poop smeared on the toliet
I ordered a homestyle burger with no mustard and pickles and add mayo. The lettuce, tomatoes and onions were on the bottom of, then the burger, the the mayo that tasted like mustard. Opened the bun and the mayo was brown, so I assumed they scrapped off some of the mustard and added the mayo. Changed the whole flavor of my burger. The fries had no flavor.

Do not go here if you are on your way to some thing that you need to be remotely on time too. It is not worth the risk. Sometimes their speed is fine, and sometimes it takes 24 minutes to get McNuggets. Food is as you would expect.
