Small, local cafe with friendly service and fresh tasty home style meals. A nice mix of American and Mexican dishes and also serving breakfast. The taco salad was fresh with generous avocado and the chips and salsa were incredibly good with a nice kick of heat. Stopped in on the way to Bastrop and highly recommend over the typical fast food options!

Stopped in for lunch with a friend. Worst decision ever!!! We ordered hamburgers and onion rings. The meat in the burger was definitely NOT real beef.It was so nasty that after a few bites we just ate the buns and vegetables. The onion rings could have been fried more and for the price we got 7 rings for $9 Ridiculous. The wait staff were not friendly. Even though they seem to be more of a Mexican food Restaurant if they have American food on the menu it should be of the same quality!! On a positive note the restaurant was clean.

I love the blend of American and Mexican cuisine. The servers were very friendly and the cook was just amazing. You know the kind of food you can taste the love in. So much effort and care was put into making our meal taste great. If you are going to eat in La Grange, this is the spot.
This place is really good, nice menu selection, made from scratch food, and just about as good as it gets! Superb rellenos, and menudo also available on weekdays as well!
