I paid with cash and the guy apparently assumed I didn’t want my change bc he never brought it… I wanted my change, but sure take my money; you obviously need it more than me if you’re willing to steal it.

While the staff at Sonic is always friendly, the service, unfortunately, often falls short of expectations. We frequently visit the location for shakes, slushies, and occasionally sodas, and despite our patience, we consistently experience significant delays.
Even when we place orders in advance and arrive at the estimated time, we often wait an additional 15-20 minutes, sometimes even 30 minutes or more. This is particularly inconvenient when we're using Sonic as a quick way to fill time before picking up our kids.
Given the simplicity of our orders, these long wait times are puzzling and frustrating.
I should note that the stall screen & sonic app often consider my order picked up WAY before they actually bring it out. I've had to call them to find out when I'll actually receive the order.

I'm here right now. There are two other cars here that have already gotten their orders. I ordered two small things and a drink. I'm on a 30 minute lunch and it's been like 15 minutes already. This is the 2nd time I've had this issue here. I've only been here twice. Last time it took 30 minutes for two queso wraps and a drink. Absolutely will not be returning a third time.
Update: got my food before I finished this review and it tastes old. The Fritos are super stale.

Not sure what the complaints and 1 stars are about. I got here and all stalls were occupied except for 2 of them… Order was correct, brought out sooner than expected & the carhop was respectful.

I applied for a job here did everything that I was supposed to do and got "hired" after completing assessments the manager Sabrina contacted me to ask for copy of identification card and social security card after that I never heard back from her not a message not a call after I was supposed to be hired it's really shady that she asked for personal documents then proceeded to ignore the fact that she had already hired me that's super unprofessional and super shady I hope my identity doesn't get stolen but if it does I know where to look.
