Excellent breakfast tacos! They're huge & filling. My husband had the carne guisada & beef fajita tacos. I had the bacon, egg & cheese along with Pico, guacamole & cilantro. Their red & green sauce did not disappoint either. This place is a shining star in restaurants in Columbus, TX. Going to try their enchiladas next time as they are highly recommended. ❤️
They are doing a really good job! The food is wonderful. When there was a miscommunication about my order, they went way beyond my expectations for a Michelin star restaurant, much less this sweet little spot right off the highway. I'll be liking forward to stopping here on the way to the coast from now on.
The breakfast tacos are really good!!!The coffee is not good, sorry to say. I only have the opportunity to purchase from here when I am visiting my dad. My dad isn't a coffee drinker. I have tried their coffee twice, and it simply is not worth purchasing.The food is great. If they become intentional about serving even decent coffee, this would be a 4.5 - or 5-star establishment for breakfast. Another option is to not serve it (on behalf of even occasional coffee drinkers).
