We had our wedding cakes done here in March, and not only did they taste AMAZING, but they looked gorgeous too!!!! I can’t wait to eat the cake again for our one year anniversary!!

This place is the best and the owner is wonderful to work with. Her work is outstanding. And the taste of all of it is out of this world. We used her 12-13-14 10 yrs ago for my wedding and again 10-26-24 and we’ll continue to use her.

Melissa was absolutely AMAZING!! Melissa made my wedding cake for my September 21st, 2024 wedding, and it completely exceeded my expectations! It was absolutely delicious and so beautiful! She was also so incredibly kind and was a complete joy to work with!

Melissa did our wedding in May and was absolutely everything and more. From the taste testing, to emailing and contact in-between and the wedding day itself, she was so easy to work with and made our vision come true. Our cake was so beautiful and 2 layers were gone before I could even get a piece! I couldn’t recommend anyone more than I recommend her!

You could have looks OR taste, not both. Melissa proved me wrong!! She exceeded my expectations in every way. I gave her an inspiration picture for my wedding cake, what she delivered was so much more beautiful than I could have imagined. We had 2 different flavors, top 2 layers were vanilla cake with raspberry filling and the bottom layer was red velvet with cream cheese filling, buttercream icing. It was so delicious, so moist....definitely the best cake I've ever had.

The bride’s cake was so beautiful- just what our daughter wanted, and it tasted as good as it looked. The groom’s cake made our son-in-law so happy, and he really enjoyed the flavor he chose and the details. Melissa paid attention to details on both cakes and made sure the taste was just as good. My daughter selected a vanilla almond cake and it was absolutely awesome! I have never been at an event where everyone ate the cake and gave it rave reviews. The cake was beautiful, moist, flavorful, icing was sweet but not too sweet. Just perfect! We will definitely be ordering all our party cakes from The Best Little Cake Shop In Texas from now on. The 2.5 hour round trip drive is well worth it!

How did I freeze my wedding cake for TWO WEEKS, and when I thawed it, it was still moist?!Our cake was beautiful and delicious. The lemon poppyseed with raspberry filling is phenomenal.Melissa is too kind, and does beautiful work!
