Definitely use the app beforehand to make it easier. Also, being able to customize your order can make for great burgers. Whataburger is the best fast food place ever, and that is fact, not opinion. Long live the Whataburger! Also, drive-through can take a while. It's still worth it

Placed a curbside order and arrived on time, checked in and waited a long time for someone to take my order till I got tired of waiting and walked inside . When I walked inside there was only one person eating inside so it wasn't like it was super busy and there was a bunch of workers standing around, turns out my order was sitting there ready on the counter

The burger itself is good but the bun could be better. Almost every other FF place has better buns. The fries are as bad as in&out fries. Could be the worst in the industry. Butbit was clean and good service.
1st time there and they knocked it out of the park I'm from Baltimore visiting family and I was told I must try whataburger I definitely recommend awesome places and people and staff ? ?
