I needed a dope catering service to cater a 3 day event in Texas and came across chef Jordan, I'm glad I did, because the food was delicious and they catered all 3 events with no problem. I would highly recommend ? them. The Poly Palooza team ate good this weekend.

One word NASTY!!!! they over hype this food. Tried it last Saturday and it was a no for me.the crawfish fried rice ? and the jumbo wings ?..I'm from Louisiana and I have never tasted anything like this before.

Found this place through the Bay Area Houston Food Lovers Facebook Group and had to check it out. We were not disappointed! Good size portions on the food and a good price as well. Burgers and fries were seasoned really well. And the Mac was great too! And the banana pudding...wow. We'll be back to try more!

I had the shrimp pack. It included crawfish rice,grilled shrimp, and a sausage link. It had great flavor and was well seasoned. The check out process was a little strange to me but other than that the food was great. We will definitely return again.

This place is delicious! Not even close to what you would expect out of a gas station restaurant. You can tell the owner truly wants to set an experience for the customer. Perfectly seasoned fried chicken, which delivers the crunch yet still has the juiciest bite is a staple of the menu. The deserts, which are apparently new to the menu, are going to be a game changer for this up and coming restaurant. We had the strawberry cheesecake egg roll, and if you haven't tried it RUN DON'T WALK. The texture of the egg roll is soft which welcomes the burst of flavor of the cheesecake stuffing. Sweet, creamy, and whipped to perfection, you can bet it'll be hard to just buy one. So stop what you're doing and go to B's Southern Kitchen AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I know we will become regulars.
