I had a great visit to IHOP! The pancakes were absolutely delicious, fluffy, fresh, and full of flavor. and our waitress chozen was amazing friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. The only thing I noticed was that the floor could have been a little cleaner. Overall, still a wonderful meal and great service!

They double charged us, saying we will receive our payment 3-5 Business days because there system went down been trying to communicate whit them for our refund but no answer very disappointed because we not from that area we live 2hours away. The total was 81.14 and that day Saturday 07/26 Tirenn told us we would get a refund but we still haven’t.

I have gone to this IHOP a few times now. Every time I have visited this location Shaniqua always has the best customer service! One morning I placed an order for pick up. There was a bad car accident on I45 and I called the restaurant to let them know I was in stopped traffic, Shaniqua had my order remade fresh for my husband and I. She really goes above and beyond. We will continue going back to eat inside this restaurant.

Traveling home with my kids 7/4 and stopped in for lunch. All the staff were hanging out behind our table chatting & being very disruptive to us being able to enjoy our meals. They were talking about things I didn’t prefer my youngest child to hear. One waitress had her baby with her and another left to go to the liquor store. They complained about being at work, complained about their schedules and just overall tried to rush us out of there and I swear we were like the only table there. The food was not the best. Pancake looked very sad, fruit was old and mushy and the coffee was like water. The best part of the meal was the fried cheese sticks.
