The food was good, but they got my son's order wrong and proceeded to argue with each other over whose fault it was where we could hear them. Then we had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the correct sandwich to come out. But the server was polite to us, so at least there's that. Still probably won't return.

I had the Salmon with brocoli and red skin mashpotatos...it was not great. Nothing had flavor, it was very bland and the fish didn't taste good at all. I went to one by Walmart in Kemah and it was amazing. Was very disappointed in food at this location. I also had the French vanilla cold brew and it was terrible. No amount of sugar or vanilla creamer helped. Had this drink at the one by Kemah Walmart and it was delicious.
The service was great, the waitress Maria was very kind and had excellent service.

This IHOP is gross clumpy salt shakers with goop on the tops the waitress acted like she didn't have any clue what was going on they charge 60 for 10 dollars worth off food and the food was gross cold greasy eggs and no kind of atmosphere come on Ihop inspect your restaurants

Felt like staff was not treated right? That's why they were under appreciated for the hard work that they were doing, especially at this time of the year.
Extremely rude tells us they are only doing take out while they are open 24 hours and they are all playing around on their phones. Host was extremely rude and condescending. Employees clearly not wanting to work and kicking customers out. Laughing at anyone that tries to come in and forced to leave.

We always come to this place here in la marque and we always had a relly good service but tonight it was relly bad service the food it was cold the coffe gets cold cause we didnt havr no spoons or not coffe milk and as a person that usted to work in a restaurant i cant said that it was the girl that take ours order fault ..u think its the place fault cause this poor girl it was by her self taking orders ,sitting the people,and taking the food and drinks out ...she was so nice and feel bad for her but i hope this comment make the mannager put more attencion on that and put more peopleto work in the night special on sundays night ...(to the girl ..i want to said thank u u did the best u can tonigt)

The service here is usually amazing new owners but glad to see despite some changes Madison has always provided amazing excellent service and a exceptional experience what ever she gets paid isn’t enough she makes every trip amazing and all I ever see her do is work even if there is only me and one other person she is always working hopefully she is paid well for such an amazing service.
