It's too bad that this ihop makes a great pancake and then surrounds it by terrible customer service. Basic communication skills go a long way! I hope ownership sees this and does something about it because we will be going to eat an inferior pancake at Dennys by 646 that has good customer service until then. WAKE UP!

Terrible. Went here and got food, the dude never came over and gave us a refill, food was messed up, they put cheese on my hamburger, they didn't give my dad his toast, and then they gave him bacon when he was ALLERGIC to bacon, gave my sister the wrong order, food was bland. Never going again.

I love IHOP and they are usually fantastic, granted the last couple of times have been a little off but overall yes I would recommend. I would also recommend that you eat there because I didn't start having any problems until I started ordering online and picking it up! If you do order online and pick it up and you have a problem with your order you better just accept it because the associates there don't know what they're supposed to do I guess.. they acted completely oblivious to the fact that they forgot some of my daughter's food and when asked if I was going to be able to get it they told me "oh I don't know it's shift change" and I swear acted like they didn't understand or know what they were supposed to do, like customer service is not the number one priority for any establishment.. needless to say I never got the rest of my daughter's order.Again, yes there have been a few bumps in but I've been going to the IHOP for years and only had maybe 2 issues in the last probably 20 something years so that's still pretty amazing in my book! When we walked in and waited to be seated our waitress was very rude from the jump! She threw my menus on the table and I ask for 2 kid menus and she got mad and said in a minute. There was 3 tables in there not very busy. Then came back and said what you want to drink with an attitude I said I want to speak to your manager I want a new server. She proceeded to argue with me and said manager will be out when he can he cooking then when the manager came out the server argued with me again in front of the manager. Her hair was so long it almost touched the ground swinging it around instead of it being up. But my new server was amazing and so nice.

Food is decent. But being an employee (server) is terrible. One of the worst jobs I've had. I thought I was getting 7 something but looking at Netchex I was getting 2.13 an hour... like, what?!A manager yelled at me infront of customers after I refused to claim over $200 when I only made $24 (he said I was committing fraud, like no, I'm not, you're trying to) (most other employees also don't like him either), a young co-worker was constantly telling me I never should've been hired because I don't have more availability (she was mad I couldn't stay 2 hours after my shift ended when they scheduled me off and then the next server 2 hours later but I have kids and couldn't stay that late and the one hour I offered wasnt good enough) and GM doesn't seem to care much either as when I tried to approach her about issues she only said okay thanks for telling me and walked away in a hurry when all I said was "so last night I ended up saying I quit but"... but was my last word as she walked away not caring...
