Compared to the Jack-in-the box locations in katy, the employees showed enthusiasm to work & get the order right. However, we didn't find out until we got to our hotel that my husband's burger ended up being spicy & he didn't ask for that.

Whoever the new boy is working the window is a waste just keeps playing games and the lady that was there before was good because on two different occasions I ha e had to deal with inappropriate people in the window and food half slapped together

We got drive through here while returning home after being at beach. Staff very friendly! It did take a little longer than expected to receive our meal , 4 burgers frys drinks. I can say the food was awsome!!! I would definitely if in the area stop there again!
