Went to the Galveston jack in the box and they forgot something in my order, I mean it’s my fault for not checking but she did read it back to me so I thought they got it. Also it was like five things. Anyway so I got home and was annoyed to find out that the $5 burger was gone. Foods not cheap and my husband was looking forward to it. So I thought I’d just go to the La marque jack to see if maybe they would just give me the burger. They were a little apprehensive but they gave it to me, I showed them my receipt and everything. The guy told me to fill out the survey from the bottom of the receipt and put in their store number. But news flash Jack, the survey page is confusing and doesn’t really work or go to anything, so I’m writing this here review. Thanks guys!
The wait times are ridiculous…. They literally say give me a few minutes we will be with you when we can …. It’s called fast food not when we can food lol
Just got home after waiting almost 20 minutes and surprise! Half the food is missing

WORST JITB, EVER. HOW can JITB be so consistently BAD, so predictably awful? Who owns, runs this place anyway?!? Never the same taco twice, even on the same order!! No cheese, no lettuce, cheese only, lettuce only... nothing but the filling in some, NO CONSISTENCY!! This JITB is the WORST we've ever experienced, something so simple treated so badly and the customer in the process! When my wife asked if taco sauce was in the bag, the worker lied with a "Yes", and upon checking the bag, no taco sauce included! No apology, just a dumb look. We know enough to double-check our order EVERY time here, and the insults to the customer continue! NO cheese on any of my tacos, and one shattered into small pieces this order. A damned shame, we just bought our last meal there!! Avoid them at all cost, the worst Jack in the Box ever!! And it's a brand-new store!! JITB headquarters should know just how bad this place treats their name and customers.

Average food for a fast food place. Below average service, slow for a fast food place. Employee acted disinterested in making contact or conversation with the customers. Kinda unfriendly.
Not good anymore. They always make you pull forward to wait for your food. Always bring the order out wrong for you to have to go inside to fix it. This place went downhill.
