Everyone at the office ordered online, went to pick it up and wouldn't give us the order (even with the name on the order and detailed description of it) they refused to allow time to pull up the screen on the drive thru and had us go inside to get it, still was an incomplete order and had to go back.

Worst Jack in the box ever, employees yelling at each other in the store. Half the items on the menu were unavailable and the wait times are ridicules. I would recommend avoiding this store and going down to the one on Main, one exit down.

We went to Jack-in-the-Box last night and got a munchy box and added two tacos on the side never received the two tacos and we were asked to pull up past the window like they do every time we come through this Jack-in-the-Box didn’t give us our two extra tacos on the side, so we went to the door, knocking on the door to try to get them to acknowledges, and they just looked and laughed and there was another group of customers who was also knocking on the door because they didn’t get their food as well and they just kept laughing so the other customers try to go up to the window and at that point we left because it was clear we wasn’t going to get our food every time we come to this Jack-in-the-Box food is forgotten and we have to wait 40+ minutes I’m pretty sure if you pull up the cameras you’ll see what happened last night

It's 9:43pm I went to the drive thru and they said they weren't taking orders. She went right ahead and said that. They didn't have anybody in line, at all! She just said sorry ma'am we're not taking any orders at the moment. I asked for a reason why? and she just said they're just not taking orders. She didn't give me any reason what's so ever. We drove thru the window they were laughing and not doing anything. This night shift should be fired! So disgusting!
