Erin made our wedding cake and it was everything I dreamed of and more! It was delicious and the details were spectacular. What I love about her cakes is that they aren’t overly sweet. We loved working with Jazz Bird and Erin for our wedding cake! We first met Erin at the Bryan Museum’s bridal show and were instantly impressed with the various cake flavors she had available for tasting. We ordered a small 5” cake just for the two of us to cut per tradition and got the lemon blueberry flavor.
