We loved working with Jazz Bird and Erin for our wedding cake! We first met Erin at the Bryan Museum’s bridal show and were instantly impressed with the various cake flavors she had available for tasting. We ordered a small 5” cake just for the two of us to cut per tradition and got the lemon blueberry flavor. The cake we ordered for our wedding was perfect! It was also delicious! My husband does not really like cake, but devoured his piece and was asking for more. I highly recommend Jazz Bird Bakery & Fromagerie!
Absolutely gorgeous creations! I have never met someone so skilled and passionate into making something not only unique, but tasty as well. She is great to communicate with and will help you get what you need. If I could give more stars then I would. 10/10 Highly recommend her for your next event.
