Seems that some of their products are popular but I can't figure out why.The pancakes are dry, bacon is more like jerky, and the biscuits are soggy on top and dry inside. Ask for the biscuit to be toasted and it will taste like a dirty grill. I asked for butter and got margarine. As it turned out they have real butter on the table, but use the fake in cooking. The gravy is poultry gravy and not the traditional biscuit sausage gravy. Big chunks of some sausage swimming in turkey gravy is not my thing.My egg was good.The waitress didn't try to accommodate but she did whatever we knew to ask without complaining. We didn't know the real butter was hidden on the table when we asked for real butter, she just got a cup of margarine to add to what we had.She tried, she just has little to work with.

Service was unusual the past few months. It seems like they don't want to be there so put on a fake smile and just do it. Then they disappeared and couldn't get my drink filled. Not the usual service I have gotten in the past. Hopefully just a flash in the pan type thing and it will get better hopefully. Still great food and a great sized amount for the price.

Great xl portions with amazing taste. Waitress Anna was wonderful. She didn't hover yet kept our drinks full with a bright smile and friendly attitude. Food was brought out fresh and hot. Ordered a baked potato with country fried chicken breast, NO sour cream. I am still digging sour cream out because I am too tired to drive back. Fortunately, the potato is huge, and I should have a filling portion after my excavation and remediation task is complete.

We order from here once a week. They ever send the complete order ! We called today before ordering and they still didn't send any fries. They told us to take it up with the delivery serice. The manager was rude and totally uncooperative. He said he didn't care who we complained to. This is no way to run a business.

Delivered.????????????. I expected the order would be somewhat cold because I live a few miles away from Kelly's. Chicken strips very DRY AS IN OLD..... I'VE BEEN HERE A LOT OF YEARS AND I THINK I MAY HAVE EATEN THERE ONCE IN ABOUT 20 YEARS NEVER AGAIN!!!! Also chicken strips have no flavor the gravy was ok could stand a little more favor,too...... Sonic strips are way better!!!! Big UPS TO Sonic.....
