They took more than 20 min to take my orden, i was the only person there and it wasn’t busy

Waited for my online order forever while they just helped everyone showing up for hot and readys who had no order at all literally walked right in got it and left while meanwhile I stood there forever just waiting on a pizza that would never come 😡

I understand this restaurant deals in fast cheap food. But when going into any establishment, you should expect basic customer service. I waited for 10 min with other customers while the kid in the back just sat and stared at his phone. Then, when he did make it to the counter, he was so out of it that he didn't seem to know what he was doing. Little Ceasars do better.

The worse little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. They never have any hot n ready pizzas and if you order one it’s a 35 minute wait for a single pizza. It’s been like that the last few times I’ve been there. The staff can’t even cut through a pizza you basically have to rip it apart like an animal. Definitely go to a different pizza place

Terrible customer service, I arrived to order a pizza together with another person and more than 5 minutes passed and Mrs. Beatriz never took our order because she was preparing orders in the kitchen and on top of that she has a bad attitude so I had to leave without being able to get my food

This store literally never has pizzas “Hot N Ready” or in the “Pizza Portal”. The employees lack of friendliness makes this a miserable experience. They look at you crazy and rudely when you ask for or about anything.

Went in tonight and came out an hour later so disappointed. My husband bought one pepperoni and one cheese pizza… hot and ready MY ASS. An hour for 2 pizzas is ridiculous. The manager was no better. Arguing going back and forth with customers about not a god damn thing instead of doing your job and actually managing your employees! The manager Kara was not delegating task nor helping her employees or her customers. Some managing training is definitely needed.

Corporate needs to do something about this location. Anytime we order from here I’ll call it in way ahead of time 30-45mins ahead of time. And still have to wait a good 40mins when I get there. Placed the order at 6 App said it would be ready by 6:30-6:37 got here at 6:45 didn’t get my pizza until 7:30 right when I was asking for a refund they handed me my pizza
