Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken & Seafood

What a joke! Don't get deceived by the pictures! Actual quantity is 1/3 of what you see. Food quality is horrible. Never going back there again. So much for halal, duh!
This is inside a gas station convenient store. Purchased a 20 oz cappuccino, nothing but hot flavoured water. Cheaters!
For the owner - If you want to do business, do honestly. Or go & sell drug.

Purchased a 16 pc. fried chicken combo meal and was told the meal only comes with two breast and 4 rolls which is ridiculous for the price and the amount of pieces per chicken ordered. Paid extra for the amount of breast needed. The chicken was cooked fresh which was a plus. It is flavorful and lightly crunchy. The mashed potatoes were sour. The red beans and rice need more flavor. I suggest getting the chicken but not the sides.

We no longer be eating at the Lamarque Louisiana fried chicken place on the 16 pieces. It’s always been four of each four breast four wings four legs and four thighs. The last time we got it they only put two breast and two wings and everything else was legs and thighs For the same price and they didn’t say nothing about it. Now we were gonna order again this time we went to the store to order instead of doing it online and they advised us that that was the way they were doing the chicken breast, wings, and everything else also mixed the legs and thighs , so we will not be eating there again

I visited Louisiana Chicken expecting the great service and fresh hot chicken that I usually get, instead I received cold chicken and fries once I pulled off, I immediately called and was spoken to rudely on the phone, and was called a liar, I popped a U turn and went inside, where the manager did his best to provoke me and embarrass me in front of customers, because I asked him to feel the cold chicken given to me. Refused to serve me and gave me my money back!!! Horrible Manager! Take your Money someplace else!

The food is normally good, but on today after I purchase my food and made it home I noticed the mash potatoes didn’t look right. I spelled them and they were spoiled. They smelled extremely sour.

Some big back white chick denied my lunch order because her ugly self came to the register late when I was there 5 minutes before 3 and by the time she came to the register it was 3:02pm and said it was over. Maybe if she wasn't so fat, she could have walked quicker. It's ok enjoy your minimum wage life.

I always pass it up on my way to fish at the park, so had to try it. The portions are great, shrimp good, rice good, all in all a great place. And the sauce reminds me of canes! Will have to pay another visit next time I fish at Highland Bayou.

Man, say what y'all will, but I've only had positive experiences with this restaurant. Who would think that gas station fried chicken could be so tasty! Just finished off some fried wings, catfish, shrimp, and fried okra...plus a piece of strawberry cheesecake - yeah. Best catfish and chicken in town !!!
