this new location isn’t that great, the employees are always confused on whose order is next at the window. The dining area does not have a beverage station and you have to ask employees to refill your cup. Nine out of 10 times your order will be wrong. The employees have bad attitudes and the service is really slow, my food took 15 minutes to come out.

2:15pm 6/13/25. Extremely poor service by the employees toward the patrons. Especially the poor boy who was trying to get his Oreo ice cream they forgot to give him when they served him and his Mom their food. Employee ignored the boy until I spoke up that he was trying to talk to her. My punishment was a poorly made caramel frappe. I won’t go back.

These new concepts style on McD's are NOT design for people to eat inside. I believe that they are trying to reduce people coming in so they can have more of a pickup and drive-thru aspect. It took 20 minutes to receive our food. We didn't get anything special. It is only designed for pickup there's three pickup locations. 12 tables but there's not an associate that can help you. There is no location for any ketchup to get extra straws or napkins. They have zero customer service in the dining area. Will never be back to one of the new designs. We were going to go to Wendy's which is across the street but we wanted to try the new McD's NEVER AGAIN!

I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. When we arrived, we had to wait way too long before anyone even took our order. Then, when I finally got my drink, it was wrong—I asked for a Sprite, and they gave me a Coke instead. When I told the lady about the mistake, she never even bothered to bring me the right drink. We had to ask someone else, a curly-headed boy, and when he finally brought it out, the Sprite was completely watered down and disgusting. The whole experience was just terrible—slow service, unprofessional staff, and a complete lack of care. Definitely won’t be coming back.
I don't understand why they have the guy at the register taking people's orders, making coffee. Just stood in line for almost 10 minutes while he made 5 coffees for online orders and 3 coffees for people waiting. Can't someone else make coffee so he can take orders and make that place even more money. Waste of time.

I waited 25 minutes for two McDoubles and when they came they put them in a bag almost torn in half. The manager in there had an AirPod in the whole time while he was trying to fix the messed up orders before me. He would come back with the wrong order anyway.

I rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to the gulf freeway one than this one that’s close to my house. They fries are always soggy and gross and the burgers don’t taste good. Save yourself a trip and go to another franchise.
