I ordered a chicken teriyaki meal with lo mein and fried rice I specifically asked for extra soy sauce which I never got. She ended up giving me chili sauce which I'm allergic to and I didn't realize it until I already put it on my food because I just assumed it was soy sauce. So needless to say I just spent like $18 on food that is going to waste because I cannot eat it. Also the lo mein noodles were a little hard. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. This location is terrible all around. My mom ordered the two item meal of chicken teriyaki and chicken broccoli, but the portions were completely a ripoff. No more than a palm full of rice and the same for the chow mein. Being a panda express fan for many years, we have never had any issues with a portion problem but this time was ridiculous. We were looking for a quick but quality alternative to cooking tonight. The food at this Panda Express always fills the bill. We used the drive-thru tonight. And unlike some other fast food restaurants, this experience was great !! A special thanks to the drive-thru girl Kayla. Extremely polite, efficient, and made sure our order was right.
