This place needs to learn how to make Asian food! It's NOT Mexican food!!! They make EVERYTHING beyond spicy! The red peper flake is not supposed to be so thick that the chicken looks RED! Its To the point that the food tastes nasty! And the noodles are ALWAYS dry and stuck together!! Save your $ and go up to 646! That one is managed by Asians and the food is made properly!!!!

Had a very bad experience at Panda Express today. I asked if I needed a coupon, I was told, no!! I proceed to order, and was told that I have to pay extra for the shrimp at the time I was paying, not one word when I was ordering . That just cost me an extra amount of money. They proceeded to charge me the full price with extra for shrimp. They just lost a really good customer!! Not a very professional manager!! Much smarter to go to a Chinese restaurant. Better deals!!

Went through the drive through and not only was the lady rude and rushing me but they had no egg rolls how do you run out of egg rolls? I think she just didn’t want to make any new ones but my husband and I came through the drive through at a decent time before they closed. Not happy with the service. I ordered the big plate this lady only gave me one fork and no sauces… terrible

Ignored me when I stood at the counter waiting for a pickup order I had. I told staff I had a pickup and they look me straight in the face and kept walking. No acknowledgement. I walked out.

Lamarque location. Had lunch with my kids ordered through the app, dined in at the restaurant. Restaurant was clean. Lanie was sweet and kind. The manager was quick to remedy an issue (no fault of theirs). Great experience! Thank you!

Fulun and Steph I think were the only people running the place during the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl. When we walked in there was a rather long line and surprisingly didn’t wait that long given the circumstances. Both Steph and Fulun were jumping around, tackling the register, dishing up for customers, making and preparing food, answering phone calls and redirecting drive thru folks to come into the store all with a great fantastic composure. I’ve worked in restaurant environments before and understand how stressful it can be, especially when half the town is out looking for food to eat. I applaud both of them for working the way they did, they absolutely killed it.

Fulun and Steph were amazing the day of hurricane Beryl. Everybody and their mother was out looking for food and it was just the two of them working. Despite the long line of customers, constantly having to redirect anyone going through the drive thru, answering the phones, making peoples food, and preparing more food, they got all of us served quickly given their circumstances. Fulun is a multitasking mastermind and both him and Steph came in clutch after the hurricane.

I have a three strike policy because I know people make mistakes and things happen. But when you get into a argument with a manager because the restaurant makes a mistake that's where I draw a line. Drive thru gave me the wrong food for my kids, I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and didn't check it till I got home. Saw it was wrong drove all the way up there and the hot tempered little Hispanic manager, argues saying we'll on your receipt you got what you ordered. I said politely she must have heard me wrong because my kids are like most kids and don't eat spicy. She says my kids eat spicy food and I said that's why I said MOST kids. She gives up and tells her employ to make what I want and doesn't talk to me again. No "I'm sorry for the mix up", courteousness is free, being polite is free.... don't understand this at all.
