I came to Papa John’s to order 3 pizzas and I was told about ten minutes so I come back in 15 minutes later only to be told that my order was given to a door dasher and then had to wait again this was highly unacceptable and very unprofessional on their part to not pay attention to the orders.

Delivery time was over 45 minutes ago, manager was rude on the phone. First the manager said it had already been delivered, then blamed me for having a gate code to where I live. Still standing outside getting ate up by mosquitoes waiting for delivery... Update still no food 2 hours later

REALLY PEOPLE!! So this whole shopping center entrance is AWFUL FOR CUSTOMERS. I didn’t return to chicken place next door because my elders experience. Now getting pizza for the kids was great however BIG GUY SMOKING SMELL didn’t make my visit pleasant at all. VERY SAD, especially when I mentioned the smell and he replied I’M ON BREAK…BUT ON BREAK MIGHT BE WITH ONLY A WINGS STOP UNIFORM HE WORE LOL I can’t make this up community!! Why sit at a different restaurant OVERWHELMING OTHER PLACES? Not good at all, so I’ll continue visiting Alvin area, thanks but no thanks BUG GUY!

Inconsistent - PIZZA: sometimes the pizza is really good, sometimes it is lacking sauce, fuller crust, etc. SERVICE: Sometimes the staff is friendly and sometimes customers seem to inconvenience them. DELIVERY: In-store or Delivery is quite timely, which is great. HOWEVER: Please refrain from smoking marijuana (or at all really) while delivering pizzas.

Skinny girl in the front (always smoking cigarettes outside) grabbed the pepperchinis with her bare hands when I asked for more and put them in my box and when I told her something she stated "they didn't have tongs".
