Terrible experience purple hair in the front. With no teeth was rude and would t talk to me I had to wait 42 mins to even tell her I was here then she tells me well we probably won’t get to it and walks off…. Which I tried to ask like 7 times because another lady from the back came up and said they were running out of dough… so I didn’t want to waste anymore time waiting if that was the case…the. You can’t get a receipt showing your order was cancelled or refund it back to your card she just prints a receipt and writes cancelled then I asked her name she mumbled it and said I’m pretty sure I’m the only one with purple hair here…. I’m visiting from out of town and will never be back to Pizza Hut I cannot stand bad customer service at all

I'm new in the area and wanted a pizza , luckily this pizza hut is close and they took care of me. Great food and it was delivered fast. I haven't been in the venue so I can't speak on the atmosphere. I went inside recently 5/14/25 and omg the people that work there are rude as h... I came in, multiple times, back n forth trying to get their attention,while the drivers look at me crazy as if I'm not a customer finally the lady came and took my order , I paid and then she left to go to the back, I got my receipt and tried to give her their copy but she never came back. So now just like before I'm going back n forth to get my pizza and to make sure she knows I paid for and here's the receipt, but when I tell u these people never came to the front of the store to check and when I finally got my pizza it had been just sitting in the oven after I came in multiple times to get it. Finally the lady who took the order finally came to the front and said she was busy I'm like lady I have come in multiple times and I can see u and the drivers just laughing and talking and like I said earlier the driver saw me at the front but never told the lady I was in the lobby waiting. Then she tried to play the victim by saying that I called her a liar,when I didn't but she was. Pizza was good but service was horrible. Check the video footage. I'm not gonna mention her name(Audrianna😂)but she knows.

Decided to try Pizza Hut and wish we had not. The pizza was thin and dry, not enough sauce. The chicken bacon melt was okay. The delivery driver was friendly, and professional.

I called to place an order for two pizzas, 8 wings, and breadsticks that came to $46.57. I needed it delivered to Hitchcock from the Lamarque location.They assured me that they could deliver to my address in Hitchcock, i asked ARE YOU SRE? And they stated yes, althoughthe addressdoesn'tshow up on their map, they can override it to be deliveredto my address Hitchcock. I worked a long 16 hour shift, so I was expecting to have a hot meal ready when I got off. After the order was placed after CONFIRMING it could be delivered to me, I received a call 20 mins later from a San Antonio number stating that it was Pizza Hut. They stated they canceled the order because they don't deliver to my location. I was upset because not only did I confirm TWICE it could be delivered to my location,not have food after my 16 hour shift, AND the $46.57 had been pending in my account since APRIL 6TH!!!!!!!! They have not refunded my money, they are holding it and told me to wait until April 14TH to see if the pending stops . I am highly upset and VERY disappointed as a customer because I order from Pizza Hut often and spend lot of money there. I better have my money soon or I will be contacting corporate!

Pizza Hut needs to close down they can’t get delivery orders right to save them and all they want to do is give store credit and still get the order wrong just sad not like they use to be
