These were the worst apple fritters and cinnamon roll I have ever had! Everything was BURNT and there were no APPLES in the fritters! Absolutely awful. And I bought 4 and 1 cinnamon roll. I said with glaze and of course, there wasn't! Unfortunately, I didn't open anything until I got home! I'm a senior and it's difficult for me to drive that far! Jo

I drive farther sometimes to avoid going to the same place BUT I keep going back because is the closest to my house hoping for a change on customer service to be better, now I saw a kid on the back touching the donuts then the cashier goes and do the same with no tissue just bare hands. Is that the same at every donuts place? They touch the money and the donuts?

Literally disgusting to be honest. I got a dozen donut holes. A cinnamon twist and two kolaches, me and my mother went through the drive through this morning craving some Shipleys, as we've eaten Shipleys over the years at so many different locations, this one by far being the worst. It was MORNING and the food was CRUNCHY and stale, tasted like hours old maybe even day before..and almost every time I bit into my kolache, grease and little cheese bits mixed it went flying everywhere..i drew the line in finishing it when it went all over my pants...disappointment to say the least. But hey at least my BOTTLED refrigerated coffee was good.

LOUD inside, rap music barely able to be ordered over... NOT at all the quality of food Shipley's once served, especially those sad, dry 'kolaches'!! We swore off, and go to a MUCH better Donut shop closer to our home whose fare is far superior. Sad that Shipley's has become this.😶🤢😓

Worst donuts I've ever had! The donuts are like bread not donuts! Thanks for spoiling my Xmas! Yuck!!! I'll never go to this Shipley's again! Just gross!

I visited on a Saturday morning right when they opened, only to find out there were no donuts ready. If that's the case, why open at that time? It would make more sense to either prepare earlier or adjust your opening hours. This experience was extremely disappointing.
I chose a dozen mixed and was having trouble with my phone, so I chose dozen mixed without preference. What I got were the absolute worst pick donuts. Disgusting stale, runt of the litter picks.
It's like if you said surprise me for pizza toppings and it showed up with extra anchovies, melted ice cubes, and ketchup on top of your pizza.
Waste of my money. Donuts going in the trash. They taste disgusting. The apple fritter was good, but everything else was donuts that were likely bound for the trash in the next hour or so.
Poor quality. Never ordering again.
