Man! I have waited way to long to try this place. Big mistake. I had the fried shrimp, dirty rice, cabbage, corn bread and crab stuff shrimp 🍤. Everything was incredible. If you want good soul food this is it. Definitely coming back. Service was pleasant and fast ordering. The place isn't fancy but who cares when you got food like this.

I grew on the Simps when it was in Galveston. This one is still good, yet the only issue I had is that I had a reddish brown hair on my fried pork chop and it got stuck in between my teeth when I bit into my pork chop. I tried to contact them but the phone rang and said the number/business waste available.

The good was good, service was OK. Had a slight issue that it is cash only. I like being able to pay with card, don't like packing cash. Having said this the visit was not worth the inconvenience to me.
