I always thought a hot fudge sundae was ice cream with hot fudge on top of it, I couldn’t even hardly taste the fudge. It was a little bit of fudge around the edge of the outside of the cup and filled up with ice cream in it cherries on top I ordered hot fudge sundae because I wanted some hot fudge with my ice cream.

Really poor service can't even get a drink in happy hour ain't the first time this happened I guess I'm going to stop going here... I live on Palmer in Texas City and drive all the way here for the service which no longer exists...

The staff was nice, a few things the check in button for the online order does not work on the app the staff did say they had issues with it, knowing that they need to come check on the cars to see what was ordered, 2nd I tried to call but the number did not work when o asked the staff about it , the staff member did say the number has changed but it is not updated online on any sites. Well that is numb you sonic. Food was alright.

This Sonic is literally right across the street from my house. Went over there this morning with no cars in the line sat at the speaker for 10 minutes at 9:30 in the morning. Nobody got on the speaker to take my order. Pull up to the window and honk and wait another 10 minutes nobody's nowhere to be found came home. Tried calling them and the phone number doesn't even work. Worst restaurant ever nothing but one star reviews. How is this place still open?

My roomate and I went @ 10:30 to order a burger. Employee’s stated that they couldn’t make burgers because they had shut the grill off at 10

I came to get a drink and only asked for easy ice, but the guy taking the orders got really snappy with me, apparently because he didn’t hear what I said and I get that, but his reaction was uncalled for. He was rude and even slammed the door open, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable.
My biggest concern, though, was how long it took to get my card back after he took it. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

Went to the drive up, three different times, waited 10 minutes each time, really wanted that footlong cheese coney, nobody ever came on the intercom, I drove through the drive out, looked in the window and everyone was shooting the breeze. Manager really needs to look at this, unless they were one of the neglecting ones.

Oh sweet baby Jesus forgive me, but this was the best GD sonic ever. Bacon was perfect. They used clean oil you can tell by the mozzarella sticks and the had a great attitude you never get good food and a good attitude at a fast food place anymore.

We ordered on the Sonic app, parked at the booth, checked in, and waited about 20 minutes. During this time, we saw other customers get their food via drive-thru and walk up to the window. The Sonic employee looked at us 3 times and didn't bring anything out. So we decided to drive to the window because we already paid. Once we got an employee, they told us to wait. After about 2 minutes, they asked us what we wanted. We explained the situation, and they claimed they didn't know we were there because we hadn't pushed the button. We explained all the other Sonics, checked in via the app, and they gave us the order. The employee was rude and cut us off, asking us to drive to the window to provide them with our order. Once there, before we could speak, she flung her arm out with a cold bag and said, "Have a good night…” We didn't tell her about our order and missed our drinks. She had an attitude when we mentioned drinks and asked what they were, and Sonic was out of everything we ordered magically. As the conversation was becoming unprofessional, we decided to leave due to the night's location and lateness. The employee's attitude was disrespectful and lazy. We have cold, soggy food and no drinks.
