Order a drink with little ice

The worker today 11:15 a.m, I ordered 2 route 44, and got Large drinks, and they didn’t put any Red Bull, when I try to address, he closed the window before I can get a word out, worker was extremely under the influence, do better sonic. Stealing customers money is wrong!

Waited 25 minutes for a milkshake and one cherry Dr Pepper ordered online was ignored: went to drive thru and was ignored. Pulled up to window and took and additional 5 minutes. Ridiculous! Plus the employees were cursing the whole time we was waiting at the window.

I come to this location quite often. I normally go to the drive through. About a month ago, I started to experience slower than normal wait times for just a drink. On one occasion, there was a car at the windows. I was at the microphone waiting for at least 10 minutes. The car left and 5 minutes later someone took my order, for just one drink. Something had changed at this location. A good look into management and staff needs to be done!

This place is horrible, the food is mediocre for a fast food place and the staff is the worse. They are slow then act like its your fault. You'll have to say your items many times because they sure as hell dont pay attention, and they use foul language.

Ordered online for pick up. Went there and pushed the button at the stall. Sat there for 10 minutes till the screen stopped saying an employee will be with you shortly. Watched someone else push 4 different stalls and never got an answer. Drove around when I saw someone in the drive thru. No answer at the box so I drove to the window. The kid working was fake nice when I pulled up. Why didnt he talk through the stall? Why didnt he come out and let me know what was going on? Absolutely terrible service. If you can't manage a fast food place like sonic close it. This is pathetic. Do not expect different.

Went to la marque location with little to no cars on the lot, one person in the driver through already at the window. Waited at the screen to order at the drive through for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. Pulled up to the window proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for an employee to come to the window. Ordered our food proceeded to wait for 20 minutes (only got tots, mozzarella sticks, Dr Pepper, and Powerade). Received our food which came correctly, Dr Pepper came correctly as well but failed to give us the Powerade and when mentioned to the employee at the window he went and made the drink but still did not provide the right drink (another Dr Pepper instead of Powerade). Will not come here again have had too many issues lately.

I honestly don’t go out of my way to write bad reviews however, this location is ridiculous. The slowest staff I’ve ever seen with horrendous customer service. They didn’t even bother to check in on their ordering box when I kept trying to get someone on and by the time I get to the window, employees are just walking around at their pace with no sense of urgency.
There’s two cars that just pulled out of the line ahead of me and I am leaving as soon as I finish this review. Incredible experience on the bad side.

Every time I’ve ever come here there’s an issue. Food is wrong. Always takes forever. Last time I went to a stall I sat there for a good 5 minutes and no one ever took my order. I truly don’t blame the employees as the place always seems understaffed and I’m sure they make minimum and put up with way too much. Management needs to do better.

Straight trash. Waited in drive through for 20 mins without being acknowledged. Not the first time, but this time I didn't feel like waiting. There are sooooo many other places to get food in this area, pick somewhere else. Even a lunchable from inside Walmart would prob be better.

Every time I come here, something is missing or wrong. Takes forever for our food. Sometimes not all the way cook. But it’s close and convenient. But I’ve had far too many issues here to come visit again. I would advise a whole new management and crew. Fix the broken screens that have been like that forever.

I asked for no onions on my cheeseburger and they gave me onions. The beef patty was small and burnt. It had no lettuce?? I haven’t been to sonic and years and was highly disappointed. Sonic is good but this location in particular is the worst service and food I’ve had in my life.
Worst service and employees rude. There was a problem with my food and they have to ask the manager sitting in there car.
