This is the closest location to my house so I’ve gone many times despite them being slow, downing the sandwich in condiments to where the paper won’t even stay together, and messing up my order on many occasions. I however will simply drive the extra few minutes to a different location from now on as when I ordered today I realized there were no condiments at all, so when I went back inside to ask the worker about it she tried to tell me it was there it was just in a different order now. It was in fact not there so she added it on. I didn’t want to have them make three whole new sandwiches so I didn’t even mention the fact that all three were prepared with the wrong bread. I’m just tired of never getting the right order when I go. 👎🏽👎🏽
The heavy set African American female that fixed my sandwich had an extremely bad attitude, my meatball sandwich had fallen apart (my mistake on the extra marinara sauce) plus she had no intention of remaking it.

two younger women working there 10-20-25 around 6:45 pm. when i walked in they both sighed and grunted and looked at me ugly. they rushed me out and threw everything in a bag for me to leave. so unprofessional horrible attitudes. if you don’t like your job quit. i’ll never be coming back to this location

Check your online orders before leaving. I did an online order twice and both times they messed it up. They swapped the breads and didn't toast it like the order said to do.

Came to this location at 9:05 they had already closed Early for the night. The sign says they close at 9:30. There were two young workers in the store at this location. Please fix this this is an Inconvenience!
I had a buy one sub get a 6” free coupon. After i had the sandwiches made and went to pay they tried to charge my footlong as 2 6” subs in addition to the other 6” sub i had ordered. My total should have been about $7 but instead they were trying to charge me over $12 with the coupon when the total would have been about $14 without it. I wasnt having it and left the sandwiches. I wont be back to this location or the franchisees other locations
Just grabbed some food with my son. I was alone with my wheelchair bound son. The kind woman who made our sandwiches came out to carry my drinks to the car and hold the door open for us. That was very kind and helpful of her. We appreciate you very much! She should get a raise.

Ordered 6 subs, only 5 were made. Tried calling, however no one answered. I drove back with the receipt and was told that I needed to bring back all the subs so they could count them, themselves. Had been coming here for 3 years since I moved into Lago Mar.. Never again.. Will take my business to Jersey Mike's.

Food is good (typical subway sandwiches), but had to wait quite a while to even order because the only guy working was on his cell phone on a phone call (sounded like placing an order for his family as well as just random talking). Only other people in the store was a woman that seemed like family as well as she was talking on his phone with him.

Poor customer service, I was just sitting there waiting for my friend before I ordered and one of the workers told me I have to leave!!!
The young lady that works in the evenings is extremely rude. She always makes faces at comments under her breath. One day that Salad bar is going to hit her in her face. Train your staff on customer service. The location is near a lot of schools and young girls go in for lunch and after school and this employee is taking away a lot of your business. I don’t know if she had a horrible high school experience or if she’s just Envious of their youth.
