If I could leave zero stars, I wouldThere was no hello there was no speaking to us. They literally stood there and waited for us to begin. Our order didn’t acknowledge us at all. As a former employee of this franchise of three years, I know that that’s not right we didn’t get a thank you or a hello or anything. Then there was an attitude just because we wanted our bread toasted

No person spoke English clearly, I had to walk out. All employees were behind a wall, and only 1 employee spoke broken English, I will never go there again. I had to give 1 star because there is no option to give ZERO.

Worst service in i have ever got from here unless you speak Spanish the little girls don't care won't call them women ever. I will never go back will always door dash jersey mikes before ever giving money to trash!

We ordered delivery for 2 subs and 2 bags of chips through subway who uses doordash. The stoned delivery guy didnt bring the chips and said to contact subway. We did and was told by Brenda they would not reimberse the chips and that we could drive to pickup the chips from the store. So basically the delivery charge was for the subs and not the chips. I thought it was for both but subway doesent correct their mistakes and choose customers but will take money for a product and not deliver the product which to me is stealing. So now we are no longer customers and the regional manager probably will reflect the attitudes of the employees and do nothing. Its not the cheap bags of chips thats the problem but the idea a business can take from a customer and not produce a product. This is poor practice and will be persuing a response from the top of the franchise.

Uber eats order.Ordered 2 subs. Both with extra mayo, extra salt, and pepper. Neither Sandwich had those items on them. Called restaurant. Employee wanted to argue for the employee who made the order who had already clocked out that she did put extra mayo.

Courtney (sorry if I spelled it wrong) answered the phone and made things right when I mobile ordered two footling subs and only ended up with one 12" and a 6". It was a 20 min drive back, so she kindly let the night shift know what's up and I was able to get it after dark. Thank you for great customer service!!

Ordered a 6 inch meatball sandwich that was burnt with none of the veggies I requested online ordering. The sandwich was disgusting and I also ordered it curbside and the workers didn't acknowledge I was there. So wrote the company and I all I got was a sorry letter about Ill talk to my employees about it.
