I go through the drive thru occasionally to get lunch or dinner. I've always enjoyed toco bell here and there. One thing that has become a problem is the automated system that attempts to take your order at the machine. It rarely gets the order right and has to be taken over by the person working the window to correct issue anyway.

1 because zero isn’t an option. Drive through line wait was insane. 45 minutes in line. Then another 10 at the window for a mobile order pick up. Order was submitted well before went to even pick it up. Food order not correct (missing item). Unable to refund or figure it out on mobile ordering through their website. They really need to sort out their drive through line and wait times.

Miserable staff and if you’ve never encountered ai taking your drive thru order do not come here
I was shocked by the ai response on the intercom and not a real person and then the worker who was a older miserable aggressive toned lady say we can hear you on the ai thing
So why not just talk to begin with is my question? If you’re wearing a headset letting AI do your job take off the headset and make my order don’t give me attitude just because you’re miserable
Food was terrible as usual but thank god it wasn’t for me but still upset to see the downfall of Taco Bell is AI 🤖

Great food, quick service, atmosphere was ,well it was any lol, not in a bad way ,it was just quiet and no people inside besides the employees(like I said not in a bad way). Venue was clean, and the drive thru was long but it moved quickly. I definitely recommend this location.

Solid Taco Bell with good service. My only complaint is that the Baja Blast Zero always tastes off like their low on syrup but it's been that way for months so I don't think that's the issue.
