First time i went, my waiter didnt know how to talk. He mumbled, couldnt understand him, he seemed irritated that i couldnt hear him. Once i got my food he never checked on me again. Foods always been good, waiters/waitresses arent attentive at all.

I'm done with this location. The eggs were ordered over medium, overcooked to the point of uneatable. I ordered it to go, had I ate there I would have sent it back I've had to order the waffles done do to another incident.

Probably the worst service I have ever gotten in any restaurant especially beingmy first time to any waffle house, I will never return to any other waffle house again. If negative stars were a thing I would have given them a -4. Do not go there

No one spoke when entering. Young man , waiter, was eating. He slowly walked over, no smile. I asked if he was ok. No answer, can I get you something? Never checked if I needed anything, coffee, jelly etc. Picked up my plate not a word. Paid and left. Still not a word from anyone. Truly a depressing experience. Food was ok.
It’s 43 degrees out side and the air on freezing !!! Employees say Management will not turn heat on !! This is sad !!! Food will be cold as soon as it gets off the grill !! Not to mention the poor employees freezing !!!!
