Bathroom was dirty, but most importantly the toilet does NOT flush away waste even with multiple flushes in the men's room. It needs to be replaced. Imagine standing at the toilet for 10-15 flushes with someone else's waste not going down because the toilet does not empty fully with each flush. Floating waste circles again and again. I do not like having to leave such a review.

Jacob, the 3rd shift? manager, was beyond helpful. I was having trouble with the app charging me multiple times without ringing my order up. He acknowledged my app order, delivered my food and explained the steps needed to correct my issue WITH a busy drive thru. With exceptionally good tasting food!! I hope he is acknowledged for his quick problem solving and beyond amazing customer service.

I'm a regular for breakfast. I went last Saturday and there was obviously a disconnection with the team. Apparently an IT issue with the registers. The tension was high in the BOH. Mimi my cashier did great, the manager was a little tough with her even though nothing was her fault and had no control over the situation. Mimi was cool calm and collective and serve me with a smile!!! She is the bestaaa

Very clean store. The staff was very helpful, happy and accommodating. The burger was freshly made.
When placing my order, the female had issues getting the order together. When I went to pay, I asked if the guy could read back my order and the order was correct. When picking up my food I asked if the special sauces I ordered were in the bag and they advised they were. When I got home, my order was completely wrong and my sauces were not in the bag. Every time I go, I always seem to have issues.

Good food good service. Had an initial problem with my food but the young manager on duty was quick to resolve . The restaurant was clean and staff friendly.
The food is usually hot and fresh at this location. I decided to try the wings and truly regret it. They were room temperature by the time I got home which is about a quarter of a mile away. Basically chicken nuggets, not boneless wings. The onion rings were hot and fresh! Customer service was fine. Food came out promptly.
