We stopped by Wingstop for dinner tonight and when we ordered food, I asked what they could get it quickest for us due to my toddler being really hungry. They suggested tenders so we got those and they offered to bring them out within just a couple of minutes. After just a few minutes, we were brought fries and informed that the tenders were taking just a bit longer which was great! After waiting for the rest of our food for a bit, an employee asked us if we received our food. When she found out we had not, she apologized, confirmed our order, and rushed it out for us. Overall, excellent customer service and very accommodating. Thank you so much!
Place smells like mold. Employees are on phones and setting down watching t.v and going outside to smoke I front of customers Everything is dirty inside looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months

I love wing stop and planned on eating inside and I walked inside and the I immediately lost my appetite it smelt absolutely revolting they did have wonderful service but I couldn’t get over the smell.
Food was done well and got out in a timely manner. Staff was super accomodating!

My order was wrong, Mary the manager didn’t try to make up for it, they wanted to give me a credit instead of a refund when I paid for it with my money and not a gift card. They made it like I was inconveniencing them when they put the wrong food in the bag. No wings at all were in my bag just corn and fried and I didn’t order any corn. I still have not received my refund or even an apology for the mess up. Bad customer service!
