It’s a wingstop …. I’ve never once ordered wings too and was happy with the temperature and crispiness of the wings. Life hack - take them home and throw them in the air fryer for 2 minutes at 400 degrees.
Otherwise I find their wings and especially their French fries to be mushy and intolerable. I am also not over the 2020 debacle where they served me fried Oreos with no dang Oreos , just batter.

Our order was messed up, and we talked to Slim. He understood the frustrations and helped us out with our order. Dinner Rush happens but Problem was Resolved, Truly a good guy and couldn't thank him enough.

The guy in charge I am guessing in charge at least was incredibly rude and unprofessional while I was asking how much longer before I cancel the order because I was told 5 more minutes 10 minutes before and been waiting 20 minutes longer than the completion time.
RUDE !! I called them said ( wait 5 minutes and call us back we unloading a truck) then called back after 10 mins and they said (yeah hold on a minute ) and put me on hold then not even a minute later they hung up on me

We order a lot of chicken. Corn, veggie sticks and sauces. We only got two of three bags. Several people my daughter and grandson talked to were very rude .Poor communication skills. Retrain staff on etiquette and check large orders better.
