Been coming here FOR YEARS, only to see FRONT DESK SERVICE IS COMPLETE TRASH NOW!! Food was over cooked, my variety Veggie Fries burned. Girl says she’ll handle it being manager Candice, got home ORDER WAS EVEN WORSE!! New Professional training HIGHLY NEEDED. At least my drink was fine, WON’T EVER RETURN, if I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD, indeed disrespectful to this company, just sad. My elderly aunts WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Me ans my fiance went to wingstop today and order a eight piece wing dinner and it took them 30 minutes to make the order I say this is poor customer service in a establishment like this and I'm never going back to that wingstop anymore cause the wings tasted like they were old and dried out. I give this place a -1 finding a another wingstop to go to.

The girl at the front desk tonight has horrible service. I was supposed to get a large fry but got a regular and all she said was oh well like she ain’t care. I’ll go to the other location for now on!!!!!

Order was wrong. Fries tasted like they were cooked for 30 seconds. Was told over the phone when I ordered that it would be ready in 20mins but when I got there I waited almost an hour while about a dozen other people waited for their food also.

Great welcoming bunch of people at this establishment. I like it when I’m greeted with a smile and hello. Goes a long way. The wings were awesome however my husband thought the order for “Hawaiian” tenders were replaced with “Habenero” tenders. Thanks!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered 20 boneless wings, 10 traditional, and veggie sticks. When I got home, I realized the 10 traditional wings were not in the bag, so I went back up to the store. When I told them I didn’t receive the 10 traditional wings, I was called a liar, the employee continued to say “lies”, “that’s a lieeeee” and didn’t stop until I left the store. They wanted me to “prove” that I didn’t receive the food by bringing the bag in to show them it wasn’t in the bag…. Seemed like someone was mad they got called out for not doing their job correctly. My family and I will NEVER be ordering from here again.

I've never had an issue with my order being wrong or missing any items, but this location is easily the slowest I have ever been to. Doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week, the online pickup order always is ready, at best, 30-40 minutes after the 15-20 minute window when it says it'll be ready.
