Drove to La Porte to Burger King tonight, ordered 3 meals, 2 with french fries, and one with onion rings. Got home, no onion rings. I tried to call 17 times and they will not answer the phone. The joke was the man that handed me my bag, read over the receipt and still DID NOT RECOGNIZE the order was not right.

They forgot my nuggets in both of my kids meals . When I called, nobody answered on the third call they hung up on me. Nobody called me back. When we get there, they just hand us our nuggets. The rest of our food is cold because we had to go back. They didn’t even offer us anything complementary for the mistake.

When I say the food is good I mean it but the service is terrible and yes it’s me the girl who asked for a side of mayonnaise from the back to sip my fries and and was told no all we can give you is that which is disappointing disgusting and disrespectful all because you had to go get a new bag for your mayonnaise do your job and get it done and without attitude and talk back especially when asked nicely and your manager is equally as rude turning her back on my friend and asking you the terrible employee with equally terrible manners to handle it; I don’t dare if your main language is Spanish or whatever one moment uno momento anything to acknowledge someone is better than being rude also clean this restaurant they’re ketchup everywhere
