The food is good, staff is sweet and attentive. I really like how affordable they are. It’s cheaper for my family of 6 to eat her than fast food restaurants and the quality just cannot compare.

Good: taste of the meat. Cheese is delicious. Size of burger is great. Tots are on point
Could be better: super thick pickles and cold tomatoes clash with the burger. Burger comes dry so you have to open it and add mayo, mustard, etc.
I'd eat it again, but if we were brainstorming on where to go, I would not propose it.
