Went to eat here with our kids’ baseball team during a tournament and were a little worried because the restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived (7pm on a Thursday). We were pleasantly surprised, the food was delicious and the service was great. We had a very large party, our food arrived quickly and with no mistakes.

Excellent gumbo. It is good home cooking that makes me wanting more. Rita waited our table and she was great friendly. I enjoyed her. This placeand Rita are awesome!

This is a fine little cajun spot. The boudain and the gumbo were the real standouts. My fish was good but my hubbys fried shrimp were better and I wished I had tried the grilled shrimp instead but there's always next time! They have a facebook group instead of a business page which is different but I kind of like it, it gives the same vibe as the restraunt, kind of laid back more personal approach. They are a little short staffed in the wait department but they're new and everyone was friendly. Rick's does not serve alcohol that I saw. Definitely give this place a try. I hope that they thrive and stick around!

Finally got to visit this place and already can't wait to go back. It was hard to decide what to order because I wanted to try everything. However, we started with the sampler (gumbo, jambalaya, beans & rice and potato salad) which would have been plenty for the two of us to share but had to try the fried fish, shrimp and onion rings. Everything was amazing. Took home some fresh boudin, green onion sausage and jerky that I can't wait to try. Service was impeccable as well.

Good crawfish, not overly spicy. Great people and friendly staff! It was a slow evening, but we had a good time and the owner provided great music entertainment!

Friendly staff but they only have crawfish on the weekend and that's what i came for but they were so inviting i tried another item on the menu and it was great.

This lil' gem may be small and quaint, but the food and service speak for itself! This isn't your usual so-called Cajun restaurant. This is a taste of authentic Louisiana cookin'! Rick is a true blue Louisiana boy and the rest of the staff is absolutely wonderful as well! Everything we have eaten here is delicious, from classics, such as crawfish and shrimp etoufee, chicken and sausage gumbo, and jumbalaya, to the mouth watering cobblers, cakes and shakes. Even if you just want a burger...they have those too! Pasta? Yep! Seafood? Yep! They have a lil bit of everything and it all makes my tummy smile! Check em out for yourselves!¡
