I have came to this location before and had good service the food has always been good but today was an experience I’ve never had. The cashier I placed my order with, Christina, was amazing. As soon as I walked through the door she greeted me with a smile and was very joyful while putting in my order she made me feel like she was happy i was there. Christina also made sure everything in my order was how i liked it down to asking if i would like lemon in my lemonade which is something i have never before been asked. Like i said i have never had a bad experience at this restaurant everyone has always been nice but today Christina definitely blew me away

I enjoy ordering from this Chick-fil-A because the workers are always so nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I recently had a disappointing experience with one manager. I received the wrong order, and instead of helping me, she told me she couldn’t even look up my order. Her attitude came across as rude and dismissive.
I come here often, so I know this isn’t the norm, but it was upsetting. Everyone makes mistakes, and I don’t mind pointing them out when they happen—but it’s important that they be corrected in a professional and kind manner. I hope this is addressed, because Chick-fil-A is usually known for excellent customer service.

I’m honestly surprised that this chick fil a has gone downhill. For my mobile order I ordered GRILLED nuggets with a toddler toy for my one yeat old and got a toy for a child and fried nuggets. Then the next day my husband picked a grilled burger for me and they gave him the wrong burger!!! Seriously what’s wrong with this place.

I love Chick Fil a , The teens that work there seem very sweet and friendly . Except one Rude woman who looks to be around her 20s . I noticed that she’s always rude to her employees and then has the audacity to pick favorites . I come here often so im not going crazy . Her name is Sonia and i seen her with horrible attitude. This place must do something about it because yes we should tell others to fix their mistakes but in proper manner . Do better with who you hire for upper rank chick fil a .
