I’m honestly surprised that this chick fil a has gone downhill. For my mobile order I ordered GRILLED nuggets with a toddler toy for my one yeat old and got a toy for a child and fried nuggets. Then the next day my husband picked a grilled burger for me and they gave him the wrong burger!!! Seriously what’s wrong with this place.

This Chick Fil A is ok. The service from the outside attendants could be better. I went today for lunch and there was a girl named Katherine who had a bad attitude, she walked up to the car not wanting to take the order. They need to make sure that they are hiring people who actually want to work.

I am sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes now on the order that we placed on the Chick-fil-A app. What's the point of placing an order driving 5-8 minutes to the store and waiting 30 minutes if they are not going to prepare it as soon as you order it. Waiting 30+ minutes for an order at Chick-fil-A is ridiculous. The service at a steak restaurant is almost quicker

I went this morning and ordered chicken mini meal and once I got to work I realized they only gave me hasbrowns I tried reaching out and calling for almost the past hour and have been sent to voicemail every time. I understand mistakes happen but I don’t agree it should be to my expense.

March 13th, beautiful afternoon ordering through the drive thru with Erick, WORST service ever. Erick looked annoyed at me because i wanted to change my order. Erick never asked me if i wanted my wrap spicy, regular, crispy, or grilled. I also only got two chick fl a sauces with THREE meals. What the freak. Erick needs to be retrained for better customer service. AND on top of that he did not say my pleasure. My day went from a 100% to a 94% Now i need to regain that percentage with a 6 pack of beers.

Placed a mobile order through drive thru. Went thru lane 1 and the car in front of us was told their order was missing or something? We sat there behind them for over 15 mins without being talked to and watched 5 cars in lane 2 get their orders taken including people who arrived after us. After waiting what felt like 25 mins for a single chicken sandwich, it wasn’t even fresh. I normally love chic fila but today particularly p***ed me off
Really nice location with an amazing staff. Food was great as usual and plenty of parking. The staff went out of their way to assure we had everything we needed.

This location is so poorly managed. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve placed a small order in the drive thru or app only to be told to drive to the VIP parking. And then you wait for 10 minutes or more for them to bring you the order. Ridiculous. Otherwise the food is great as always.

Probably not using this location again due to the mobile ordering. I mobile order yet still have to wait in line behind everyone getting their orders taken at this location. Hopefully you will soon catch up and honor mobile orders.
