Come here pretty often, never have any problems but today for the first time i decided to try out the Nashville hot wings. Either the cook overcooked them or the rub is dry but the wings were way too salty and not edible enough to finish. Although they were able to replace the wings, it seemed as if the manager and staff was annoyed as if it’s my fault the initial wings were bad or annoyed I spoke up even though I am the one paying for my food. Manager told me “next time you can ask for a sample of the sauce instead of wasting a whole chicken”. The response was a bit rude. Probably just will not return to this location sadly.

We used to go there on a regular basis, in particular for the baby back ribs which are usually juicy, tender, and falling off the bone. We recently picked up an order and the ribs sucked. They were burnt and dry so we took the dinner back and they replaced it but that was no different than what we originally got. We were told that was a “new” recipe they (corporate) were trying- dry rub. Well they just lost a regular customer unless or until they are able to serve the ribs that are edible like before.

We had a large event at my job and several of us went here for lunch in small groups, so, it was busy.
5 of us sat at our table. Everyone received their food, except for me. I was told it was coming, and it did, a good 10-15 minutes after the rest of my table. The waitress and manager did come to apologize, and they comped my meal.
When we were ready to leave, there were issues with the card reader on the table, the waitress is nowhere to be found. We are eventually able to flag her down, she tries to fix the machine but can't. The manager also comes over, also can't fix it and says she will have to take care of it in the back.
We were 1 of the first of our staff to arrive and were the last of us to leave.
We were 15 minutes late returning to work.
Not a good experience.
We have the all day meeting annually, we're already planning to go elsewhere next year.

They do not use gloves! Why is sanitation not big in the food industry anymore??!!
It’s not what I expected. Stake was rubber and I think it’s overpriced.

The food is good with a nice variety. The turnover in staff like most places makes service average at times.

It was a good experience, the service was good. I love the Nashville hot chicken flavor mozzarella logs. What a treat. I just don't consider it a 5 star restaurant experience. Just honest. But it was a pleasant visit. My grand baby, wouldn't touch her mac n cheese, which is her favorite. It could definitely use an improvement. The Mac specifically. And the drinks were okay, but could also use improvement. But I would definitely give it another try.

I was in and out in 15 mins our steaks were prepared perfectly and I fed me my wife and my daughter for $60 . I spend close to $50 at fast food nowadays. Not bad chillis

I ordered a triple dipper, my sliders came out with no meat on them. When let my server Sarah know she immediately threw the kitchen under the bus and said “that’s there fault not mine”. Was she correct, yes that is the kitchens fault but for her to be unprofessional and immediately blame the kitchen rubbed me wrong. She asked if i wanted it remade, i said no thank you because the restaurant was busy and we had plans after dinner. She got defensive i feel like after we told her no then kept asking if we were mad at her and we weren’t but that was frustrating us from the pestering. On top of that i was overwhelmed with the environment and the sever kept lightly touching my back and tapping me to discuss the meal. The end this she said she was going to comp my meal and when we got the ticket the meal was NOT comped and when i had to get the manager to comp the meal or a percent of the meal she would come back to the table passive aggressive. We specifically asked for a large Dr pepper togo and she said they have no large cups to give us.

Went for lunch with my baby and had an amazingly helpful and very friendly server Samantha. She made sure everything was perfect and never let my drink go empty. Food was tasty. Definitely going back! Hopefully we can catch Samantha again for her wonderful customer service.
