umm tbh i rlly injoy this plase and it seems nice i always get the triple daipper plane tenders and ither 2 moteralla sticks or 2 cheese bugers and i love all the servers and all the managers and the busers and hosts and kitchen people but overall i injoy this place so it is a 5/5 star review for chilis

Used to love this place but went in recently and had to hear the manager berating employees and being incredibly disrespectful and cursing. Ruined our meal. That food line back there is in earshot of thw guests and the manager josh and ellis needs to remember that and no blow people off when they complain. Get told the lounge is always loud. Yeah but not with managers calling employees dumb and stupid.

Ordered pickup. I was told they would text me when it was ready. Text never came. Wait 15 minutes past my scheduled pickup time and then went in to find my order sitting on the counter. It was cold. At this point I can't recommend the to go service. It was disappointing.
