A simple, friendly, hole-in-the-wall sandwich place. I had been several times in the late afternoon, but they were closed. They are only open until 4 PM. Great breakfast pressed sandwich. Great simple Cuban sandwich. Nicely seasoned pan roasted potatoes and onions. Great apple and cherry emplanadas, I think they would be good with ice cream. While waiting, I ordered an iced dark chocolate mocha, best I ever had, and he gave it to me free. Nice local artwork for sale. Great service. I forgot my phone, so there are no pictures now.

This was our first time! Hubby and I both had a Cuban sandwich. Really good!!! He had a Cuban coffee -loved it!! We will be back to try more goodies!

Dang - their food is delicious! Didn't get any silverware with my to go order (fried potatoes by hand?) didn't have any cash change nor any to-go menus.....but would give this place a try for breakfast! Just not real professional. Need to clean up the clutter in the back of the restaurant so guests can sit there and enjoy your beautiful art/decor because the food really is oh so good!!

My first visit! We loved everything we tried. Cuban coffee, picadollo empanada, the Cuban sandwich, the pulled pork sandwich and a ham and cheese. The staff were very friendly and fun to visit with. We will be back!

On this past Saturday and Sunday! My cousin celebrated her 50th Bday at her beach house in La Port Tx. And, she suggested The Cuban Cafe for brunch because she said the food was amazing. So, everyone were excited to check it out. Their customer service was awesome and the food was cooked to order. The ambiance had beautiful colorful paintings on the walls ,and felt very inviting. Everything, was so delicious we decided to come back again on that Sunday to try their lunch menu. And, yes I'll definitely be back!!!

Great little cafe with friendly service and delightful coffee and food. The bread for the sandwich was perfectly light and crunchy. My kids loved the French toast bites. Just know if you order the empanadas, it’s only 1.
