The La Porte Dairy Queen is a staple in this community! I remember going there as a child and sitting outside enjoying an ice cream cone with my parents after school performances, or getting a late night snack after the Bulldogs played in the stadium behind DQ. I even had my first job under Ms. Pat when I was a teenager. Great food, great atmosphere and a great place to catch up on old memories! My husband and I go often. Sometimes for food, sometimes just ice cream. Service is always TOP-NOTCH, food is always warm & yummy and the atmosphere is fun. I enjoy looking at the pictures on the wall from long ago. Miss Pat (owner) seems to always be there and never misses a minute to talk with the customers. Her staff is friendly, polite & attentive. I will continue to visit as long as I am able.
