I ordered 4 meals and didn't receive eggs, bacon, soups, or sauces that I ordered. When I called I was told there's nothing they can do and the can't refund my money. I have never had bad issues with Denny's before but I am really angry at being told basically it's just too bad and they aren't going to make it right. I spent $60 and the food was either missing or badly thrown together.

Was 1 waitress, 7 people were in restaurant at the time. We were told as we entered; there was going to be a wait. Table was dirty, made excuses how the shift before them didn't make tea. Food wasn't cooked to order, not sure we will be back. Waffle house was right down the road.

The place is heading downhill. My food was under cooked and the coffee was old.
We enjoy our local Dennys. Usually we go there for breakfast. Pancakes are great. The service is great they all treat us so well. Most of the time know our order before we order. :). Especially decaf coffee for me. They almost always make a fresh pot as not too many people probably drink Decaf. Megan is awesome and we always enjoy her service and conversation, but the others are excellent as well. We really enjoy the kindness of the staff. Building needs some TLC if not a complete wipe and load but hopefully Dennys corporate is aware of this and is here in La Porte for a long time. Thanks

I went to Dennys with my family last night and the service was honestly amazing the staff was super friendly and attentive they really made us feel welcome and taken care of however the kitchen was a different story the cook on shift just wasn't doing their job and it got to the point where the manager had to call in another cook once that happened things finally started moving and our food came out big shout-out to the management for handling it profeddionally and making sure everything was taken care of overall the experience was saved by the great service and leadership nut the kitchen situation defently needs improvement thanks to the cook that came in we didnt get his name

The management at night was terrible. Some manager lady that looked like she hasn't rested in weeks was yelling at the cook. Our weighter was egg-cellent and helpful. I feel bad for him bc he has to deal with this manager. She keeps complaining about having walkout when she didn't do anything to accommodate anyone waiting. I think she needs some time off... Forever. I'm truly upset at how terrible the atmosphere was while I was having my meal.
