What's the point of ordering and paying for items if they won't make it properly or give you the extra shots you actually PAY for? I order a frozen coffee every single time I go and 9 times out of 10 I get a cup of literal cream. No flavor in it but the employees are rude and will not remake it most of the time. Sometimes they do.

Her name is Faith and we DEFINITELY need more service from people like her. I NEVER have to complain when she's in charge of my food. ??. PS, the ONLY reason I put 5 stars for everything is due to that girl.
Faith always always makes my drink like an expert ! If she is not there I normally skip that day because I trust no one else but her to make my drink as beautiful and tastefully delicious as she do ! That girls needs a damn raise, she takes care of me like family !
