They were really nice online order and drive thru. But the food wasn’t up to part. Chicken and waffles, chicken was burned I had to peal the battered crust. At least it wasn’t dry so i ate it but i was upset. Specially for $17 dollars. And personally the bread pudding was too dry..

Visited Ed’s Bistro at about 4:30pm on a Wednesday. It was happy hour with dinner service not beginning until 5pm. The Bistro was nice and intimate. The service was attentive, and personable without being over bearing. My dinner guest and I ordered from the happy hour menu and selected the pork sliders and chicken tacos. Both were very well made and had great flavor. I definitely plan on returning to Ed’s during dinner service. Definitely recommend this bistro!

Just tried Ed's Bistro a week ago. What a beautiful place! It's not a huge place, but that's what I like about it. It is a cozy, well-appointed restaurant with an incredibly well stocked bar. While I feel that the entrees are a little on the pricey side, the food is delicious and inventive. They have a nice outdoor covered patio that I want to try when the weather is a bit cooler. Great for a casual dinner or a date night. Service was excellent.

Best resturant in La Porte we have nothing that compares. The wine dinners are the best, happy hour my favorite. The cabata bread with burata & steak & mushrooms is a weekly dish for me. Mediocre food, terrible customer service and the atmosphere is just so LOUD.
NOT Ed's Bistro. We all ordered different items off the menu and we were all WOWED! Enjoyed every bite not to mentioned immediately being acknowledged when we walked in and she was very attentive. So much so that when my husband asked about a certain item that he read off of their online menu and they changed it up on their actual menu she brought it to the Chef's attention and he came out to talk to us about making it just the way we read it online.

Been wanting to visit since they opened. Finally made it there for dinner last week. Very enjoyable early evening. Owners are fantastic. Very personable and very knowledgeable about their wines and spirits. Talk about a wine list. Wow! We will definitely be back.
