Drive thru service is always fast and friendly. This was my third time getting the chicken fried steak dinner. What a bargain it is and very tasty. I could make a meal just with their rolls, so warm and delicious! Writing this review makes me want to go back right now. :)
It was so loud in the dining room. The guests were laughing & talking at the top of there lungs. The food looked as if it had sat on the steam table all day. Almost everything was dry. The chicken was dry & tasted & smelled "off". I had to ask twice for chicken. Only the cold foods tasted good. So, I went back for seconds on that.I will not be going back to that locationI will stick to the Fairmont restaurant.The dining room was spotless!!
Food was fresh....not common for THIS location. Baytown location on Alexander is my go-to location for Hartz. Service was good, very nice, courteous, and attentive staff. Everything was going good...until I went back up to the counter for toothpicks...which the toothpick dispenser was pretty cool by the way. Motion activated single toothpick dispenser lifts one at a time out of the container. Had to see it work 4 times before I said "ok, that's enough". Now for...
