Orded a Bacon Ultimate Cheesburger, no bacon. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with cheese, no cheese. Placed the entire order on the app, added two buttermilk sauces to the order, wanna guess what happened? Also, the Cheeseburger looked like it was made by juggling all the ingredients at the same time and just making sure they all land in the little box. Seriously one slice of cheese was hanging on by his life. And the mayo and ketchup was splattered all over the inside of a box, the only way you could get those splats was if the sauce was applied at a high rate of speed, which begs the question. I honestly hope these things were done purposely, because if they weren't then there is no hope. Also when we pulled off from the drive thru window the employee screamed something that sounded like " Sacagawea and then just stared at us with this weird smile like from that horror movie. So unfortunately, I would not recommend this location for late night food .... unless you want to see the infamous juggling cheesy hamburger cook. Or possibly get creeped out to your inner core by the woman at the window

I have been coming here for a while at nights, 10pm to 2am there is always the same guy working and he has a very monotone, unfriendly and unwelcoming tone of voice and he says the same thing every time.
It goes like this. "Hello, jack in the box how may I help you". Then I order and he says "second window". I pull up, get my food and he says "have a great day".
It sounds friendly but it really isn't. The way he says it, as well as the expression on his face, says much more than the scripted words coming out of his mouth.
When i come by, I am wishing someone else would serve me but they never do.
I get the impression that he hates his job and is bothered by me stopping by.

Went there around 9pm today. “Tried to” order a shake and the guy was very rude. This isn’t the first time he’s been rude. I let it slide a few times. This Jack In The Box location is starting to turn into McDonald’s. Always saying the machine is broken.
That’s all I wanted tonight. So when someone’s behind me I can’t even leave because there’s no room for me to get by.

Not sure how it took them 8 minutes to make me 6 cold tacos, but that was hilarious. Tried going inside again a couple days later and employee was rude. Needs to go to unemployment line. Shouldn't be serving food especially. Wow.

After a hard days work with my son. We decided to eat here and I was very disappointed with the environment. Over a 30 min wait in the lobby. There are puddles of water leaks from the ceiling and mold. No ice in the fountain drink machine. No condiments in the lobby. I don't even want to talk about the restrooms. A lady came in while I was dining and I over heard an unpleasant conversation about everything that wasn't being done and if they didn't like it they can find another job.

Lady was mean and couldn’t take simple orders bougth a combo but did not get my drink..
Cold tacos , extra charge for two buttermilk sauces. Long line sums up the visit. Not sure how jack in the box and Wendy’s still stay in business after such bad food and service

This is the closest location to us but they cannot seem to get our orders straight. We have given them numerous chances but today, the orders weren't even close. Worse yet, they want to argue with you that your order was correctly filled. I mean, who orders Sausage Extreme breakfast with no sausage??? Avoid this place... at least for breakfast.

The people here are nice. Seems like they have trouble getting good people on overnights. I've heard alot of complaints from the staff. Food is good. Typical jack in the box.
