Night time worker does not want to work. I have been trying to pick up food for my workers and every night for the past week he has stated that the system is down and they are closed. There is always someone in the drive-thru waiting on food.

Your morning drive-in person needs a more enthusiasm. I understand its 3:30am but his lack of enthusiasm, no good morning, no welcome to Jack in the Box, no thank you after I placed my order no nothing! Very poor customer service. Thats enough to make me not come back.

Ordered food from dive thru due to needing to get back to Job site asap Waited for about what seamed 30min Brought me wrong order then finally mine came and it was lacking my desert, incorrect fries and had asked for a topping for sandwich that wasn't added. Just left because I had already spent enough time there. Hoping it was just a bad day for them Employees but not taking any chances again there, at least not in drive thru.

I don't know what the issue is what this Jack in a box but I live across the street in the apartments and I've been there several times and every time I go it's an issue either with the workers that are very unprofessional or the food is horrible they want to sell you stuff that's been sitting underneath the lamp for hours hard bread french fries that have been overcooked it's horrible not recommend it for anyone

Worst place came thru drive thru I was in line for a long time. The guy at the speaker was very rude after I asked how long it was gonna be he even cursed at me. Worst experience ever. He claimed that there was only 2 employees working . That’s fine but he don’t have to cuss me out. He wouldn’t give me his name but it was a black gentleman. I can’t believe people treat people like this especially a customer.
Food was good, service was fast, and the atmosphere was very inviting. The staff looked like they genuinely enjoyed working there and I actually smiled waiting for my food. A bit pricey but it’s ok

One Plus Movers
I've never been inside this location, but we always get hot, fresh food and our drinks are never flat. They have the machine that let's you mix up your own flavor of soda which is pretty awesome. My wife always gets a teriyaki bowl and eggrolls and if it's not fresh she will throw it out, but she's never had a bad bowl from here. So good on ya guys!
