Man this place is 4 min away. Everytime I eat here, I regret it. Last time I had to look at the guy on the mic like, who are you talking to like that. But I'll still get 2 tacos and a jumbo jack here and there. Deer park on center and 225 is better.

Worts Jack in the box
Been some years since I had gone there. Definitely Happy to see an old face still there. Food was fresh and hit the spot!

Literally the slowest Jack ever over 30 mins wait when there's only 3 cars we even order on the app ahead of time. Lobby always closes early.Between 12am-3am they always to busy to take orders when it clearly says open 24hrs online. And they get the orders wrong every time. Ima just cry in my car when my family makes me come here.

They’re “closed” and employee is rude about it. Only reason I got mad was because I was actually being nice when I asked for the online order. “No, we’re not making that order, we’re closed” in an annoyed tone.

I had a mixed experience at this Jack in the Box location. On the positive side, my tacos were made exactly as I requested with no sauce, which shows the staff can follow special instructions when they're careful.
However, my ultimate cheeseburger was a disappointment. I specifically asked for no mustard and ketchup, but it arrived loaded with both condiments. This was frustrating because I made my preference clear when ordering. Additionally, I didn't receive a receipt, which is concerning for record-keeping purposes.
While I appreciate that they got the tacos right, the order accuracy needs improvement. I hope management addresses these issues for future customers.

Really poor drive thru service. Always takes forever and employees always look unhappy and fed up . Just hands the bag , closes the door and walks away . No condiments , napkins ect . This is all the time .

Ordered 2 Sourdough Jack’s & only got 1. Ordered again. Deandre never said she was sorry or thanked us. Very unfriendly & uncourteous behavior! The sourdough “bun” was tough as a boot…very hard to chew! All in all, won’t go back there again.

Pulled up in the drive through to only be informed they are not taking orders becasue they don't have any staff?? I ran to tell the guy behind me so we didn't get stuck in the line already there. A week prior I ordered dior dash and they were super rude to my driver, and they were out of sweet and sour sauce. Driver asked for a different sauce and they ignored the driver and walked away.

Cant even keep a competent staff on the weekend . They were closed multiple weekends in a row after midnight according to person on speaker. Can only imagine the quality of food when someone is actually working

Worst service if you call being yelled at service. Per the employee all items we attempted to ordered on the menu were no longer offered. Ended up not purchasing any food since they didn’t have anything.
I was surprised how perfect everything was. Would definitely go back
