Waiting over an hour to order , and being stuck in a drive thru nobody answers the drive thru intercom u can't just leave either because once your in drive thru line your stuck, can't imagine if someone ended up having an emergency and had to leave the line and not able the wait had us waste gas as well sitting for over an hour ? very unhappy with this location

Next time you wanna yell to a customer think twice I was almost every day customer if I'm not close enough to the speaker to make an order I have to wait I'm not gonna jump into the vehicle in front of me don't have be a genius to understand

Out of every Jack in the box that I've ever been to I can honestly say that this particular one has taken customer service to a whole another level. Their night manager Evan was very polite and respectful. I've been to this particular jack in the box on three different occasions and each time I was lucky to have him as my server. He's an outstanding employer. My husband and I felt very well taken care of and we both believe that he deserves a raise with how respectful he is and how his professionalism and respect for us as customers is the sole reason for why we keep returning back to this specific jack in the box when we dine out for fast food.P.s. I apologize if I spelled his name incorrectly. I simply only remember him telling me he was the night manager.My spouse and I wish there were more employers like him at every jack in the box food chain out there.
It wasn't busy but the tacos were fresh and delicious. Only complaint is the lady did not tell us that the buttermilk ranch dip costs extra. We asked for 2 and she gave us 1 instead of informing us. We would have paid sheisty jack in the box their money. We just want our ranch. We had to drive back to get the second one. So, my advice is check what they give you because they sheisty and afraid to tell you it cost extra so they just won't give it to you.

We had to run in and order and the lady at the front was beyond nice. She heard me say to my son he would share with his sister and she turned around and gave him his own drink and fries. Thank you for caring and making my son so special. A little kindness goes a long ways!
