They do take a while to give you your food I went to the drive thru food is good I always ask for them to make it fresh

This jack in the box is not 24hrs I came by at 2:04am on a Saturday morning and the guy working said it’s closed because he’s the only person there and he was just twiddling his thumbs. just close it down! what is he even there for? He wasn’t even cleaning or anything this is very disappointing because it’s the only jack in the box in La Porte there wasn’t even a line for him to turn down customers. I’ve seen people run a fast food restaurant at night by themselves it’s not impossible there was no excuse just lazy put someone who wants to work night shift on night shift I’m calling corporate tomorrow morning

DAVID (supposedly the manager) was so rude to us while in the drive thru So much so we left and CAME BACK because we were so upset with the attitude . When confronted he had such a lack of care I would NEVER trust him with my food. Please jack in the box. DO SOMETHING
